Bishop Edward B. Scharfenberger of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany has announced the cancellation of all public Masses until further notice over coronavirus fears. The move comes after a series of steps the diocese had taken in recent weeks to lessen the risk from the virus and as schools and other organizations have issued their own cancellations to protect the public from COVID-19. The announcement applies to all regularly-scheduled public Masses in the diocese, except weddings and funerals. The St. Mary's Church office is CLOSED to the public, but we are still taking phone calls at 518-842-4500. All masses have been cancelled until further notice. There is solitary prayer available in the Church from 8am to 8pm daily. The Blessed Sacrament is exposed for adoration. All are welcome. Worshipers may enter through the annex door. The annex door is to the right of the main front doors - behind the small parking lot that is located between the Church and the Rectory. Please remember to follow social distancing rules.
